Warranty & After Service
Standard ONE year warranty after delivery covers parts and labor except
1. optical drive for THREE months
2. consumables: disc caddy for Nimbie Sidekick series,ink for Epson L800, 220V to 110V power converter
Epson L800 printer is covered by Epson's limited warranty statement.
Note: any damage caused by use of non-Epson inks is excluded.

The limited warranty does not cover:
- Third-party software
- Products and accessories that are not included in the original package purchased
- Problems caused by using accessories not supplied by the original package purchased
- Unauthorized service products by third party
- External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power
- Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions
- Products with missing and incorrect serial numbers
- Shipping damaged products
- Freight for shipping both ways

Return & Refund
Within 7 Days After Receipt
If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 7 days from the date you received the item.
1. Return Product Ticket
Please contact us at store@datatronics.com.tw to apply for the return product ticket with “RMA #”.
Note: goods without a RMA number will be refused.
2. Print Out the Ticket
Please print out the ticket and include it in the returning package, then send it to us.
Customers are responsible for the freight for return.
3. Refund
Most refunds will be processed upon successful evaluation of your returned item in 10 business days after receiving the returned item.
Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged.
4. Exceptions
Unless the product arrives damaged or defective, our 7-day return policy excludes the following since we cannot restock these items for resale:
- closeout and refurbished products
- opened items such as ink bottles for Epson printer
