After printing around 200 discs manually, I decided to buy a disc auto printer to save myself from this tiring work. Comparing several models, I'm interested in a device called Acronova Nimbie Sidekick NK50V. As Acronova doesn't ship to Australia, I contact the reseller Datatronics who handles global sales and buy the device at their online store. I received their reply about delivery date soon after placing my order. Luckily, I bought it two days before their promotion for NK50V, and their customer service provided the special offer for me. Got 4 extra disc caddies for free!! Caddy is consumable. It's required to be exchanged after printing around 2000 discs. Their customer service told me it may depend on printer's condition, but it's recommended to exchange it to keep good printing quality. Four days later, I got my NK50V. Then, I combined it with my Epson printer. The customer service confirmed the model number with me before shipping because not all Epson printers are compatible. My L800 can co-work with NK50V, so there's no problem for me. Attached NK50V with Epson printer, connect them with PC, then I can start to print my discs. Here's the disc I made. There are many people talking about Bravo SE. Actually, I hesitated to buy one at the beginning. But after estimating all ink costs I may need, I just gave it up. Fortunately, I found NK50V which only costs me half than Bravo SE, and ink cost is less as well.
If you have demand for labeling a large amount of discs, just try NK50V!! Let the machine automatically finish the disc printing job for you. |
